- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 tbsp chili oil (for serving)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (for dipping)

Prepare Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.Fill Wrappers
Place a wonton wrapper in your palm, add a teaspoon of the filling to the center, and wet the edges with water.
Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, then press to seal.Steam Potstickers
