- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water for steaming
Instructions

In a bowl, mix flour with boiling water until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.Prepare the Filling
In another bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
